Due to the intense research of For Ever^® R&D laboratory throughout the years, now it´s possible to use up to 50% of rubber waste in the rubber outsoles. The waste comes from processes such as: samples, prototypes, burrs and products that do not meet the high-quality standards.

A technology created to make ultra-lightweight and flexible footwear, with a high level of comfort. The use of less raw materials allows the production of outsoles 15% lighter.

Due to the high-quality standards of the company and the requirement of our clients we had to find a solution that would allow us to compete, be profitable and committed with what we believe.

A task force was set up and composed by our best technicians, engineers and laboratory staff to study solutions.
One example, the use of recycled raw material by incorporating industrial waste from, soles, burrs, samples, and products that do not fit the company’s high-quality standards.

Pilot and unique project in the footwear sector that aims to take advantage from the benefits of proper use of plastic and reduction of waste.
It is used in the formulation of the production of premium soles with plastic collected from the streets of the metropolitan area of Oporto.
The vision is to act locally and think globally. Therefore, the project is intended to extend to the metropolitan areas of the cities from the brands which we collaborate. Under the motto “Think global, Act local”.
